Monica became a start-up entrepreneur after the age of 50 when she first conceived of the idea for AdirA.
Before starting AdirA, Monica worked in the pharmaceutical industry for 3 decades in such roles as Global Brand Leader, Managing Director of Central Asia, and the Associate VP of Women’s Health and General Medicine at Merck & Co. As part of the “sandwich generation” – responsible for her mother, grown sons and spouse – Monica is a Chief Wellness Officer herself.
When she is not busy with AdirA, Monica loves to climb high altitude mountains around the world!
