Problem:

Only 10-20% of US travelers going abroad get a professional pre-travel health consultation, leaving them potentially unprepared for health risks while traveling.

Solution:

In partnership with Indegene, LLC we built an end-to-end solution to prepare US travelers for the potential health risks associated with their trip. Our virtual guide Elle provides personalized travel health information and resources, scheduling an appointment with a travel health provider.

Impact/Outcome:

Over 100,000 travelers visited our site in the last year. 17% of those who initiated the virtual consultation with Elle received a personalized recommendation.
