WIC
Problem:
New York State’s Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) program enrollment was declining and they needed a way to recruit eligible families.
Solution:
AdirA created a conversational experience, Wanda, to boost enrollment by helping people check if they are eligible for the WIC program, make an appointment with a WIC office of their choice, and bring the correct documents to their first WIC office meeting.
Impact/Outcome:
Wanda now sends 100-150 new referrals to WIC offices every week. More than half of the referrals end up getting enrolled in the program.
